Alpha v0.7.2 - Cutscene Update Part 3/3!

Fixed some issues with how the cutscenes refused to play and export on other devices.
This is the final update for these cutscenes until I go over the rework for how missions and days are handled in the game.
Enemy Rebalance
Some animations for the healthier, stronger enemies were very short which made it feel unfair. I've lengthened their animations so that they have a clear time of attack.
Luminary Loafer's Punch Attack frame time increased from 18 frames to 30 frames.
Craggy Crustacean's Snap Attack frame time increased from 10 frames to 20 frames. The end-lag got increased from 10 frames to 15 frames.
Luminary Loafer's HP decreased from 195 to 165.
Craggy Crustacean's HP decreased from 95 to 65.
Craggy Crustacean's Movement speed reduced from 2.5u/s to 2u/s
General Tweaks
Make missions board draggable with left-mouse - Cosmic

Claire's Wrench-a-rang now deals damage on the return flight.
Claire's Wrench-a-rang damage reduced from 16 (one-time) to 8 per hit.
Claire's Wrench-a-rang heal reduced from 16 (one-time) to 8 per hit.
Claire's Wrench-a-rang lifetime gain reduced from 3 (one-time) to 1 per hit.
Claire's Wrench-a-rang travel speed decreased from 20u/s to 14u/s
Claire's Wrench-a-rang's cooldown reduced from 7.5s to 4.5s
Claire's Turret Shot damage reduced from 12 to 9
Claire's Turret HP increased from 40 to 45.
Tuning down Alik's movement speed and blaster damage due to the new health rebalances of enemies.
He was strong before to match their damage but seems to be overpowering the other choices.
Alik's movement speed reduced from 3.5u/s to 3u/s
Alik's Blaster Shot damage reduced from 18-11 to 15-8
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug where cooldowns that reset still have their cd's on. - Cosmic
Fixed an issue where Claire's Turret's shot didn't have their range increased to 12.
